Indian Cooking Recipe for Festivals: Tharattipal

This recipe is prepared on Krishna Ashtami (Krishna Jayanthi).


Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon

Method :

Boil the milk with sugar in a thick pressure pan under low fire 
Allow to boil ,stir well till it turns very thick 
Remove from fire when it becomes semi-solid and it  will be curdled 
Stir well and store in a air tight container
