Indian Cooking Recipe for Festivals: Vanilla Pudding

This recipe is for Easter.


Egg - 3
Thickened milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon
Salt - a pinch

Method :

Beat the contents of egg well with egg beater 
Mix thickened boiled milk, sugar, essence and pinch of  salt 
Beat well again for 30 minutes/till it becomes fluffy 
Take the vessel for preparing the pudding and heat it   with 2 tea spoons of sugar 
After the sugar turns brown remove it from fire, fill the vessel with the pudding mixture 
Steam cook the pudding for 15 minutes in the cooker 
Cool it and keep it in the refrigerator 
Cut it nicely and serve with jelly 
Bottom will be dark brown, middle will be cream in colour and put jelly on top
