Indian Cooking Recipe : Creamy Dip
1 teacup paneer, chopped
1 teacup thick fresh curds
2 tsp onion, chopped
2 tsp capsicum, chopped
2 pinches chilli powder
½ tsp salt
Combine the paneer, curds, onion, capsicum, chilli powder and salt
and keep it to chill completely.
Ready to serve cold with crackers, cucumber sticks and carrot sticks.
