Indian Cooking Recipe : Chocolate Baskets
2 tbsp icing sugar
3 tsp cocoa
30 g butter melted
½ tsp vanilla essence
For raspberry sauce :
¾ cup raspberries
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
You will need to make four chocolate cases for this recipe.
First make the moulds by placing three paper patty cases inside each other to
give the strength required to hold the chocolate.
Combine sifted icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl, stir in butter and essence.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the side and base of each set of paper patty
cases, refrigerate until serving time.
Peel paper patty cases carefully from chocolate and place cases on serving plates.
Place a small scoop of ice cream into each case and top with raspberry sauce.
To prepare raspberry sauce :
Blend all ingredients until it becomes smooth.
