Indian Cooking Recipe : Chocolate Mousse
225 gms plain chocolate broken
150 ml double cream
165 gms castor sugar
4 separated eggs
¼ cup grated chocolate for decorate
Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
Place cream, egg yolks, sugar and chocolate blend for it for 1 mint
Whip the egg whites.
Fold the whites into the egg yolk-chocolate mix.
Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Serve with grated chocolate.
