250 gms sugar
1 litre milk
Soak badam and pista in hot water for an hour.
Peel the carrot skin and grind it in the mixer.
Fry elaichi in little ghee and power it.
Peel the badam and pista skin and grind it in the mixer with little milk.
Keep a nonstick clean pan in the gas and boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes
in a low flame.
Add the pastes and stir it 10 to 15 mintues. Add sugar allow
it to boil 10 more minutes.
Serve it hot or cold.
