Indian Cooking Recipe : Coconut Spout Ice Cream
2 cups milk
2 egg white
½ cup sugar
1 cup coconut spout
2 tsp gelatin
Add gelatin in ¼ cup warm milk. Keep it till it dissolves.
Add sugar in the rest of the milk.
Beat egg white till it gets fluffy.
Mix all the ingredients except the coconut spout together.
Put coconut spout in a glass dish. Pour the mixture over the coconut.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
