Indian Cooking Recipe : Cool 'N' Easy Easter Pie
2/3 rd cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 tub cool whipped toping, thawed
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust
1 package jell-o brand strawberry flavor
In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin 2 minutes or until dissolved.
In a separate bowl mix cold water and ice to make 1 ¼ cups Stir into
gelatin - until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Mix in strawberries.
Refrigerate 30 - minutes or until mixture will mound. tsp into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries,- if
