Indian Cooking Recipe : Orange and Strawberry Pudding
segments of 2 oranges
1 teacup strawberries, sliced
2 sliced bananas
11 gms strong gelatine
350 ml. orange juice
2 tbsp orange squash
1 to 2 drops saccharine

Combine the gelatine in 4 tbsp of water and warm on a slow flame until it get
Put the gelatine mixture to the orange juice.
Put the orange squash and saccharine. Pour into a mould and set the mixture
partially in the refrigerator.
When the mixture is set partially, break it up, add the fruit and colouring,
stir well and keep it to set again in the refrigerator.
Before serving, dip the mould in hot water for a few seconds, loosen the sides
and unmould on a plate.
Ready to serve.
