Indian Cooking Recipe : Pineapple Pudding
2 cup pineapple
2 cup milk
1 tin condensed milk
50 gm chinagrass
2 tbsp sugar
Boil the milk & condensed milk together.
Soak the china grass in 2 tbsp water. Then add this china grass to the boiling
milk & stir it till the china grass dissolves. Boil the milk for 10 mts.
Take the chopped pineapple & mix sugar.
Cook the pineapple for 10 min. or till the pineapple becomes soft. Cook it in
slow fire. When the pineapple & the milk becomes cold, take a pudding dish
& spread the pineapple first then slowly pour the milk in the dish.
Keep the pudding in the fridge till the pudding sets.
You can garnish the pudding with pineapple slices & cherries.
