Indian Cooking Recipe : Pudding In Pie
1 box of honey graham crackers
1 large size chocolate pudding mix
8 oz frozen Coolwhip
5 pinches of ground cinnamon
Make pudding according the direction on the box. keep aside.
In a 11 x 7 inch glass baking pan, arrange crackers to make layer.
Then spread ½ amount of pudding mixture on the top of the cracker layer.
Smooth the coolwhip mixing by spoon.
And spread ½ amounts of coolwhip on the pudding layer.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it.
To make second layer, arrange cracker top of the coolwhip layer.
Then repeat pudding mixture first, then coolwhip, then cinnamon.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours
until cool and set.
Cut into big pieces and serve in a dish.
