Indian Cooking Recipe : Strawberry Souffle
1 packet strawberry jelly
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
When half set break the jelly and pour it in a bigger vessel.
Add the cream and the sweetened condensed milk to it.
Keep this vessel on another bigger vessel containing ice cubes.
Now beat this jelly mixture with the help of a electric beater and mix well
till a little froth forms on top.
Pour this mixture in a wet mould and allow to set in freezer for about 2 hours.
