Indian Cooking Recipe : Bajji
Ingredients:
cooking oil
pepper, thinly sliced.
1 cup besan
½ cup rice flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ghee
a small pinch hing
¾ tsp salt
vegetables like cauliflower, eggplant, potato, onions, green bell
Method:
Make a batter with besan, rice flour, chilli powder, hing, ghee, and little
salt.
Coat the vegetables in this batter and deep fry in oil.
