Indian Cooking Recipe :Chatpatta Corn
1 packet sweet corn kernels
3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1 or 2 finely chopped
5 cliantro leaves, chopped finely
2 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
Heat up 2 tsps of oil in a wok. Add 1 tsp of mustard (optional).
After it splutters, add green chillies and fry them.
Add the corn and stir well on high. Let the water dry up.
Add coconut and lime juice and mix well.
Garnish with cliantro and serve.
