Indian Cooking Recipe : Chocolate Cookies
85 gms maida
85 gms butter or margarine
55 gms icing sugar
25 gms cornflour
1½ tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
A pinch salt
Sieve the maida, cornflour, cocoa and salt together.
Cream the butter and sugar properly until it becomes light and creamy.
Put the vanilla essence and stir properly.
Put the flour mixture and milk and mix well.
Fit a 12 mm. (½") star nozzle to piping bag filled with the mixture
and pipe the mixture in circles on a greased baking tin.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
Ready to serve.
