Indian Cooking Recipe : Chocolaty Carrot and Nut Cake
1 cup finely grated carrots
¾ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup mixture of almond, pecan and
1 cup boiling water
1 ½ cup wholewheat flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sodium bicarbonate
½ tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add this to the carrot mixture & blend well.
Pour this to a greased cake pan.
Bake till a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
