Indian Cooking Recipe : Eggless Suji Cake
2 cups suji
1½ cup sugar
1 cup curd
1 cup cream
½ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Sieve Suji &, baking powder & baking soda into the mixing bowl.
Add curd, cream, sugar & vanilla essence into it & mix well.
Pour the mixture into the baking bowl, preheated for 2 minutes at a temperature
of 100C & well oiled at sides.
Bake for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.
