Indian Cooking Recipe : Fruit Cake
Ingredients :
¼ tsp baking powder
140 gms maida
250 gms dried nuts
100 gms butter
2 eggs
2 tsp caramel
100 gms sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
½ tsp lemon rind
Method :
Beat eggs, butter & vanilla essence until it becomes fluffy and add maida. Add
sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon rind and lemon juice and mix well.
Finally add the dried nuts & milk.
Pour the mixture in a greased tray and bake 350ºC till done.
Pour the caramel on top and serve chill.
