Indian Cooking Recipe : Jhat Pat Chat
1 teacup boiled green peas
1 teacup boiled Kabuli chana
1 teacup boiled white peas (dried)
½ teacup moong sprouts, par-boiled
3 potatoes, boiled, sliced and fried
salt to taste
For the toppings :
½ teacup tomatoes , chopped
½ teacup onions, chopped
chilli garlic chutney
raw mango slices
Heat a tawa and place a little of each ingredient at a time on it.
Cook each batch for 4 to 5 minutes.
