Indian Cooking Recipe : Mango Cheese Cake
1 can swad mango pulp
8 oz philadelphia cheese cream
8 oz whipping cream
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 oz knox unflavoured gelatin
Boil the water and add unflavoured gelatin to the boiling water and mix very
well with out any lumps.
Simmer the stove, add sugar and mix it for 1 minute or two.
Thaw philadelphia cream cheese from friz and put it in the above mixture.
Add whipping cream also and mix it thouroughly.
At the end pour the Mango Pulp to the above mixture and mix it nicely.
Turn the heat off and let it cool for half an hour.
Put the mixture in a blender and whip it very smoothly.
Transfer the mango cheese cake mixture in a flat tray and put it in fridge
for over night.
Ready to serve.
