Ingredients :
100 gms Moong sprouts 100 gms Vatana (peas) sprouts 1/2 tsp Chilli pwd. 1 big bowl Jaggery (gur) 4-5 tsp Tamarind water 2 tbsp Oil Salt to taste For serving Chopped Tomato, Chopped Onion, Chopped Corriander Method : Boil both sprouts. Heat oil in a pan, add sprouts, chilli pwd., jaggery, tamarind water & salt & cook for few mins. Serve hot with tomato, onion, coriander. Garnish with bareek & mota sev. Eat with pav.
