Indian Cooking Recipe : Nankathai
1 ½ cup melted dalda
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups maida
1 tsp soda bi carb
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Vanilla Essence for taste
Mix well melted dalda and powdered sugar to light buttery consistency.
Add maida and mix well and leave overnight for 6-8 hours.
Knead well to light consistency and mix sodabi carb and lemon juice together
to the dough.
Add and mix Essence for taste.
Knead well and make round balls.
Put them in greased tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at temperature of
