Indian Cooking Recipe : Seven Cup Cake
Ingredients :
1 cup chenna dal powder
1 cup ghee
1 cup coconut
1 cup milk
2 cup sugar
Method :
Add little ghee & fry chenna dal powder for 5 minutes & keep aside.
Fry coconut till it becomes warm
In a pan add sugar & milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Now add chenna powder, coconut, ghee & stir it well until it leaves the pan.
Greese the plate with ghee & pour the paste & cut it into pieces.
Ready to serve.
