Sprouts Tikki

Indian Cooking Recipe : Sprouts Tikki

Ingredients :

½ cup sprouts par boiled
1 potato, boiled & peeled
Corn flour
2 green chillies
1 onion
6 cashews
Corainder leaves
½ tsp saunf
Garam masala
Salt to taste

Method :

Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves grind it alongwith the par boiled & cut sprouts in a grinder to a paste.
Cut cashews into small pieces.
Peel and mash the potato and add it alongwith corn flour to the sprouts paste and cashews.
Also mix together saunf, haldi, haldi and salt to the batter.
Make round flat tikkis and heat a flat pan.
Grease it with oil or butter and place the tikkis and once both the sides of the tikkis turn golden brown.
Remove and serve hot.
