Indian Cooking Recipe : Tea Time Cookies
200 gm flour
80 gm sugar
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk mixed with
half tsp butter
Heat the water and mix in the sugar. Stir till the sugar dissolves. Remove and
Sift the flour and the baking powder. Knead the flour, sugar syrup and milk
into a hard dough. Divide into 5-6 portions. Roll out each portion into a circle
with 1 inch in thickness. Cut into shape with the help of a cutter.
Brush the top with the milk and butter mixture and bake in an oven for 12-15
minutes at 180ºC till golden brown and crispy.
