Indian Cooking Recipe : Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Sauce
1 to 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 medium (or 2 small) zucchini
1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15oz) diced tomatoes
1 package country gravy mix
1/2 teaspoon dry sweet basil
1 teaspoon dy leaf oregano
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker/Crock Pot (3 1/2-quart or larger).
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 9 hours. Serve over hot cooked pasta or as a
sauce in lasagna.
