Indian Cooking Recipe : Pita Pockets
1 large pita bread, cut into 4 pieces
4 tbsp rich mayonnaise
250 g iceberg lettuce, shredded
12 rashers of bacon, crisp fried
1 large tomato, cut into 12 slices
salt and pepper to taste
Open the pita pockets and spread the mayonnaise.
Build the sandwich with the
lettuce, bacon and tomatoes. Wrap in butter paper for carrying.
