Ingredients:

 
2 teacups papaya slices  
2 tablespoon skim milk   
1 teaspoon sugar

Method :


Blend the papaya, milk and sugar in a liquidizer. 
Pour the mixture into cups and put to chilli. 

Serve chilled.
