Ingredients:

 
For the apples:
8 small sized apples
7 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon saffron

For the stuffing:
100 grams paneer,
4 teaspoons powdered sugar
¾ teaspoon rose water
2 tablespoons chopped mixed fruits (grapes, oranges, pineapples)

Method :


For the apples:
Peel the apples and core the centers.
Warm the saffron and rub with a little water until it dissolves.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, 1teacup of water and the apples and cook until soft.
Remove the apples from the syrup and keep aside.
Boil the syrup until thick.

For the stuffing:
Dissolve half the sugar in the rose water.
Knead the paneer with the remaining sugar and rose water.
Add the fruits and mix well.

How to proceed?
Stuff the apples with the stuffing.
Arrange them on a plate and pour the saffron sauce on top.
Cool.
