Indian Cooking Recipe : Cococnut Thokayal
Ingredients :
½ cup coconut
4 tsp channa dal
2 tsp urad dal
¼ mustard
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
¼ tsp hing
Curry leaves
¼ tamarind paste
½ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
Method :
Fry channa dal, urad dal, mustard, red chillies, green chillies, hing, and curry
leaves in little oil.
Add coconut to the above and wet grind this with salt.
