Indian Cooking Recipe : Coriander Thokayal
Ingredients :
4 tsp urad dal
2 tsp channa dal
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
1 bunch coriander
¼ tsp hing
¼ tsp tamarind paste
½ salt
2 tsp oil
Method :
Fry urad dal, channa dal, red chillies, green chillies, and hing in oil.
Wet grind the above with chopped coriander, salt and tamarind paste.
