Indian Cooking Recipe : Ginger Pachadi
Ingredients :
½ cup coconut gratings
1 big piece ginger
3-4 green chillies
1 cup curds
salt to taste
For seasoning :
Oil, mustard, cumin and curry leaves
Method :
Grind coconut gratings with ginger, green chillies and salt coarsely.
Season with the above ingredients.
Put curds. Mix well and serve.
