Indian Cooking Recipe : Ginger Thokayal
Ingredients :
4 tsp urad dal
2 red chillies
½ tsp pepper
1 small piece ginger, chopped
Curry leaves
¼ tsp hing
¼ tsp tamarind paste
2 tsp coconut
¼ tsp jaggery
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
Method :
Fry urad dal, red chillies, pepper, ginger, hing, and curry leaves in oil.
Wet grind the above with coconut, jaggery, tamarind and salt.
