Indian Cooking Recipe : Madras Rasam Powder
Ingredients:
1pav thur dal
1 pav coriander seeds
1 pav jeera
½ pav pepper corns
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
Method:
Roast all the ingredients separately in frying pan till it turns brown.
Powder them separately in mixer.
Combine all the powders well and store in dry bottle.
