Indian Cooking Recipe : Plaintain Pith Hasi
1 piece plantain pith (6" long)
2-3 green chillies
1 cup butter milk
2 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
3 curry leaves
salt to taste
Cut plantain pith into very small pieces.
Cut green chillies and combine them together.
Put salt and butter milk.
Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil.
