Indian Cooking Recipe : Mysore Rasam Powder
1 pav coriander seeds
1 pav red chillies
5 sprigs curry leaves
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp pepper corns
Roast all the ingredients separately in frying pan, till it turns brown.
Powder them separately in mixer.
Mix all the powders well and store in dry bottle.
