Indian Cooking Recipe : Potato Fried Upkari
3 red chillies
2 pinches mustard seeds
8 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Chop potato into thin slices of square or triangular shape.
Apply salt and leave aside for 5 minutes.
Prepare seasoning in frying pan with red chilli pieces and mustard in oil.
Squeeze out water from slices and drop in pan. Turn over.
Cook under cover for 2-3 minutes.
Keep on turning occasionally and cook until it becomes brown.
Take out from flame.
