Indian Cooking Recipe : Carrot Halva
1 cup carrots, grated coarsely
¾ cup sugar
2½ cup milk
½ cup ghee
Combine carrots with sugar & milk and cook for 30 minutes over low heat,
until it becomes thick.
Put cardamoms, cashew nuts & ghee and stir constantly, until it becomes
