Indian Cooking Recipe : White Kheer
½ pav raw rice
1 cup coconut gratings
2-3 leaves of turmeric
Wash rice. Put in about ½ litre of hot water and keep it to cook.
When rice is half cooked, drop knots of turmeric leaves into it.
Grind coconut gratings and collect its thick juice in one vessel and the thin
one in another.
If water is insufficient for cooking the rice, make it up by mixing the thin
Lastly, when rice is well cooked, put the thick juice and mix well.
Ready to serve.
