Indian Cooking Recipe : Idli Mulagapodi
1 cup red chillies
½ cup urad dal
½ cup channa dal
2 tsp poppy seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 tsp hing
1½ tsp salt
Roast poppy seeds, and sesame seeds separately until the flavour comes out and
keep it aside.
Fry urad dal, channa dal and red chillies in little oil, each separately until
the flavour comes out (light brown), and put salt and hing, and keep it aside.
Grind all the ingredients coarsely.
