Indian Cooking Recipe : Moor Kali
1 cup rice flour
2 cups butter milk
a small pinch hing
½ tsp urad dal
¼ tsp mustard
6 to 8 green chillies
a small bunch curry leaves
Vetha Mulaka (optional)
2 tsp cooking oil
¾ tsp salt
Combine rice flour, buttermilk and salt and make a batter.
Sauté mustard in oil and wait till it crackles, then put urad dal, hing,
curry leaves, vetha mulaka, and green chillies, and wait for a few minutes,
and then add the rice flour batter.
Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked.
