Indian Cooking Recipe : Rava Dosai
1 cup rava
1 cup rice flour
1 cup maida
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp jeera
6 to 8 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small piece ginger, finely chopped
curry leaves, finely chopped
cilantro, finely chopped
1½ tsp salt
1 to 2 tsp cooking oil
Combine rava, maida, and rice flour in water to make slightly watery batter.
Mix all the other ingredients except oil, to the above batter.
Keep this batter in room temperature for at least 20 minutes before making dosas.
