Indian Cooking Recipe : Pathravade Usli
7-8 pathravade slices
2-3 red chillies
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp coconut gratings
5-6 tsp oil
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
Chop cooked pathravade slices into fine pieces.
Prepare seasoning in frying pan, with red chillies, mustard and curry leaves
Put pathravade pieces in it, add salt and cook over low flame, under cover,
for 5-6 minutes.
Open lid and turn over 2-3 times.
Take out from flame.
Garnish with coconut gratings and serve.
