Indian Cooking Recipe : Sweet And Sour Gozzu
1 bunch coriander leaves
tamarind lump (size of lime)
1 big piece gur
3 green chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
3 tsp oil
salt to taste
Wash coriander leaves. Grind with tamarind, gur and salt.
Transfer blend to a vessel. Wash grinder.
To the blend put desired quantity of water used for washing.
Season with mustard and curry leaves in oil, using a ladle.
