Indian Cooking Recipe : Tomato Pachadi (Method 1)
1 big tomato
2 cups yogurt
a few curry leaves
¼ tsp mustard
a small pinch hing
2 to 3 green chillies, chopped
1 ½ tsp cooking oil
a small bunch cilantro, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
Submerge entire tomato in water, and boil for 10 to 15 minutes, till it gets
