Indian Cooking Recipe : Pineapple Whip

Ingredients :
600 ml pineapple jelly packet
300 ml canned pineapple juice
140 ml water
sugar if necessary

Method :
Melt the jelly tablet in 140 ml water.
Stir in the remaining cold water and strained lemon juice.
Sweeten if necessary. When cool, whisk briskly until a thick foam is produced.
When the whisk leaves a trail in the foam, pile quickly into a glass dish.
To make orange whip, use oranges instead of lemons.
