Indian Cooking Recipe : Jicama Salad
Ingredients :
1 jicama
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp sambar powder (optional)
1 tsp oil (optional)
Salt to taste
Method :
Peel the jicama and cut long peices.
Put these in bowl, sprinkle salt and sambar powder.
Add lime juice and oil, mix well.
Allow it to stand for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
