Indian Cooking Recipe : Corn Sev Puri/Poori
Ingredients:
To be mixed together into a corn topping :
1 cup corn kernels, boiled
1 cup chopped onions
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Other ingredients :
24 bhel puris
1 cup thin sev
½ cup tamatar ki chutney
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
Method:
Place the puris on a plate.
Put 1 tsp of the corn topping on top of each puri.
Put 1 tsp of the tamatar ki chutney on top of each puri.
Garnish with the chopped coriander & sev
Ready to serve.
