Indian Cooking Recipe : Ragda Patties Recipe(Ragada Patties Recipe)
Ingredients :
For the Patties :
500 gms potatoes
3 slices of bread
2 tsp of lime juice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For Ragada :
250 gm white peas
200gm onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
4 green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
6 to 8 tbsp oil
6 cloves
1 tsp coriander seeds (Dhania)
1 tsp fennel seeds (sounf)
15 pepper seeds
4 inch cinnamon pieces
3 cardamoms
6 garlic cloves
½ inch piece of ginger
Handful of Fresh green Cilantro (Coriander) leaves chopped finely.
2 pinches Asafoetida (Hing)
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp jeera and rai
Method :
For Ragada :
Soak the white peas overnight.
Cook them in the Pressure.
