Indian Cooking Recipe : Sangria
Ingredients :
250 ml water
1 tsp sugar
1 piece cinnamon, crushed
1 large ripe orange
1 tbsp brandy
a few ice cubes
a few ice cubes
1 bottle (450 ml) red wine
Method :
Boil the water with sugar and crushed cinnamon for five minutes. Cool.
Lightly crush the orange, with its peel and place the orange in a jug with the
above mixture.
Add the brandy and about 10 ice cubes.
Stir well and top with red wine.
Serve cold in small glasses, after allowing it to stand for 15 minutes.
